POSTED November 20, 2007 — The Chicago Patrolmen’s Federal Credit Union (CPFCU) has completed the final module of Integro Leadership Training, under the coaching of S.T.A.R. Resources Managing Director Mary Elizabeth Murphy.  “CPFCU CEO Scott Arney and I decided on Integro’s Leadership Development Process, because it shifts company culture toward a more trusting work environment,” says Murphy.  “This fifteen-month process was a major commitment by the CPFCU, and they are already seeing increases in profitability and productivity.”
